This offer was accepted and we had a final signed contract within 2.5 weeks. The tenant is a national publicly owned company. The property is surrounded by stable residential areas and several big box retailers. The building was well-built and has been well maintained by the tenant. Prior years' operating expenses and income aligned with our expectations. 6 Weeks after signing the contract we closed on the property with 40% down and a long term financing package.
